The folding blister packaging is made out of cardboard and a plastic cap. The Consumer can easily open the packaging due to an opening perforation:
Fold the head part, push out the plastic cap, remove the product and add the packaging parts separately to the recycling loop! Done!

In this case we developed together with our customer a smart one substance solution for a baby brush packaging. The sophisticated design of the packaging enables to fix the brush through twisting the product into the packaging and guarantees a safe presentation in the markets.

Meat doesn’t have to be packaged in pure plastic anymore. You can reduce plastic up to 70% with Knapp Foodskin. The quality for transport and shelf life remains the same!
Reduce plastic about 50%! The Cardboard cut-out gets sealed onto a thin plastic tray while thermoforming.
After Usage you can easily separate the Cardboard from the plastic tray for an optimal recycling.
