skin cardboard Skin packaging requires a minimal use of material according to the requirements of the packaging regulation. It is inexpensive because no tool costs arise - thus it is interesting for product series of different sizes. The product is fitted tightly to a cardboard with a PE foil. It is perfectly protected until it reaches the end-user and can only be taken out of the packaging in its original brand-new state. Dust and humidity are kept off. Polyskin 2K System The skin cardboard is made of about 96 % recycled paper, applied with a coating permeable to air and sealed with the environmentally friendly mono-layer PE foil polyskin 2K. It adheres solely to the cardboard and not to the product. Polyskin S System The foil is highly transparent and brilliant, suited to particularly great demands. The polyskin S foil does not shrink, that is why the packaging does not contort. Minimal use of material. Skin peel The foil can be easily removed from the cardboard. read more... Skin meets Folding Box After the application of the skin foil fragile products are put into a folding box featuring a window. In this way the presentation of the brand reaches its optimum.
